Most works were created with LightWave. Later this year (2015) I began using Mudbox for creature and character modeling, which I discovered I had a talent for. I began working primarily with this program and created only base models in LightWave. Nearly 2 months before the end of the school year I tried Z-brush for its advanced modeling capabilities. I had heard from my teacher that it was the most difficult program available in our class. It was. Initially I refused to work with Z-brush due to its combination of 2.5D and 3D modeling. I returned to my Goblin in Mudbox but I reached a point in which Mudbox couldn't achieve some things that were simplistic in Z-brush. I worked through my road block and re-initialized work on my creature with an advanced arsenal of sculpting tools. The Goblin is the result of that. I now primarily use Z-brush for most of my work, although I haven't had as much experience with Z-brush as I have with LightWave and Mudbox, I hope to work within its confines on a much more regular basis.
